Delete your account

You can delete your Surelee account, and everything synced to the cloud, at any time.

In the app

1. Open Surelee and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete account. It's also under Privacy & data.
3. Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you'll confirm with Apple too.

What is deleted

Your account and everything synced to the cloud: routines, tasks, completion history, and proof photos and videos. It happens straight away, and Surelee keeps no backup copies.

What stays

The data on your phone stays until you delete it in the app or delete the app. Deleting your account doesn't cancel Surelee Premium; cancel it in your App Store account.

Can't open the app?

Email hit.shx@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.
